Time to give this a kick and wake it up again.

Slight change of format, still going to be about music, but with less text and more sound.

No more gig reviews either, if I can’t be bothered reading reviews of amazing gigs I didn’t go to, then other people probably feel the same.

The reason for this wake up is to share stuff that i’m discovering and digging at the moment and not have to have the same conversation with 15 different people (not that I mind, but music speaks louder right?).

I’ll try and keep it weekly but no promises..

In the meantime, for some well written music commentary and insightful anecdotes I suggest checking the Grumpy man here.


Old School Mo Wax!

Mo Wax is one of those labels which I can pretty confidently say that I got on to pretty late in the piece – given that their peak was in the late 1990s. Still, that doesn’t mean any less for its releases.. which include classics from the likes of UNKLE, Dj Shadow, Blackalicious, Dr. Octagon, Air (on a brief outing) and of course Dj Krush…
